Online Shop Terms and Conditions Agreement entered into with Theron’s
Fashion and Bridal Boutique (Pty) Ltd

• I understand that online shop products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. I
  will take advantage of the option for alterations. I also acknowledge that design
  changes, pattern making, garment construction will incur additional labour, fabric and
  courier charges.

• I understand that actual colors may differ from what is displayed. Theron’s Fashion and
  Bridal Boutique explains – they strive to provide the best possible representation of the
  products. However, due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and individual
  perceptions, they cannot guarantee that the colors I see will accurately reflect the true
  colors of the product.

• I understand that if I am tipsy about the color and fabric, I can arrange with courier
  services to collect a sample of the color and fabric before I place my order.

• I understand that I can make use of the SIZE CHART LINK which explains in detail the
  measurements that make online shopping very convenient so I know that the beautiful
  creation will suit me.

• I understand the Delivery Process: Once the remittance appears on the bank statement
  of Theron’s Fashion and Bridal Boutique, I will receive a WhatsApp message to confirm
  my transaction and shipping.

• I acknowledge the extra product option provided by Theron’s Fashion and Bridal
  Boutique for fittings. I am invited to schedule an appointment for dress fittings.
  Preparing for my session is not only considerate to Kelsey, but it also guarantees a more
  worthwhile experience for me. The appointment and fitting session are an hour long.
  Designer Kelsey is going to help me in and out of different style dresses (Depends all on
  my measurements). Appointment fee of R280 applies which in turn is deducted from
  the selling price of the beautiful dress. I understand the designer prefers upfront
  payment for the appointment fee as clients do not keep their word and then she loses a
  space for a future client..
